Certified MCSE, UNIX, and CISSP trainer. Paul studied computer science, mathematics, and electronics engineering at TCU and DeVry Institute from 1980 to about 1987 while working full time in the field of IT Infrastructure Operations.

Anita Arnold joined the SQA Group in May 2014 with over 10 years’ of experience in Project Management, Business Development, Software Quality Assurance, Website Development and Social Media Marketing. Anita studied and earned her Bachelor of Science in Art Conservation at Marist College in New York and also studied and worked in Florence, Italy at the Lorenzo de Medici Institute.

Co-Founder of the International Technical Certification Institute (ITCI), an SQA company, she is currently serving as VP of Operations, Europe, Program Development including Curriculum, Syllabus and digital content development. Current responsibilities include designing curriculum and syllabus, preparing study materials, for PMI's PMP/CAPM exam prep boot camps; mentoring qualified candidates in developing and maintaining project management plans, templates and implementing project management tools and methods.

Oscar Danilo Chaparro AKA 'Dani', founded SQA Group in April of 1997 in Los Angeles, currently based in Bellevue Washington... Portfolio development roles and responsibilities include project, program and portfolio management utilizing ISO-21500 and Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. Responsible for business development and project management for clients from various industries including education, philanthropy, health and fitness, the financial sector (banking and investment firms), real estate, property development, data center operations, software development, transportation (aviation and automotive), digital marketing (social media strategies SEO/PPC/SEM/SMM), arts and entertainment including film, educational videos, music and video game production.

Project Management consultant with over 25 years experience spanning multiple industries. Thirty five years’ of experience with data center operations; Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative, Incremental, and Lean. Over 25 years’ of experience with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies, standards and procedures including ISO-9001, ANSI/IEEE, Lean Management and Six Sigma. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Lean Management certified.

Trainer roles and responsibilities include designing and preparing curriculum and syllabus for PMI's PMP/CAPM exam prep boot camps. Provide training for qualified project managers in preparing for PMI's rigorous certification exam. Conduct 35 to 40-hour workshops/boot camps on the project management standard and certification process in vendor provided venues or corporate on-site classroom settings. Bill Baxter is a consulting partner with our team and the founder of Project Road Training (PRT). Although Bill has retired from teaching PMP Certification Training, he continues to support the project management community in a consulting capacity. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Bill brings extensive experience across aerospace, defense, information technology, telecommunications, engineering design, and data center strategic planning. Earlier in his career, he worked in stress and vibration analysis of flight-weight hardware at Pratt & Whitney, General Dynamics, Hughes Aircraft Space & Communications, and Bell Helicopter. After business school, he held roles in product marketing, sales engineering, telecommunications practice leadership, and data center planning with organizations including Anixter, MCI, OWP/P, and UBS AG.

Throughout his career, project management served as a core skill that Bill applied across technical, business, and consulting roles. His broad background allows him to provide practical insight and guidance on project management, business operations, and organizational planning.

Daniel Soledad, an independent part-time consultant, is a Full Stack Engineer with technical programming skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Node, MySQL, MongoDB, Express, Handlebars.js, and React.Js. He has excellent analytical skills used to create user-friendly applications with various technologies like React, Next, Bootstrap, Bulma, Tailwind CSS, Style Components, SASS, and traditional CSS. He has worked with various projects and contributes to them through innovative ideas, evaluating and solving complex problems.

Juan Perez, an independent part-time consultant, enjoys treating challenges as mathematical problems. He has a strong affinity towards taking an algorithmic approach to problem-solving. He holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics and statistics (quant finance concentration) at SUNY Stony Brook. His research interests lie in the range of signal processing techniques, time series analysis, statistical learning, and mathematical statistics.
